Aquacise is moderately intense cardiovascular, strength and flexibility workout.  Aquacise provides a fun and safe routine with minimal impact on the knees and other joints. This workout is good for anyone with injuries or joint problems, or anyone who loves the water. Swimming proficiency is not mandatory but a general level of comfort in the pool is required. If you are new to class, please see the instructor before class begins so any concerns can be addressed. Come ready to make a splash and have a blast!
