Fee: $30.00 A month (On Land and Water)
Adult Movement Positives (A.M.P.) Fitness:
Land fitness classes designed to put and keep a positive spin on your fitness goals. By including yourself in 3 of these classes a week you will have a solid aerobic and /or anaerobic foundation to follow. The classes are as follows:
Mon- Boot Camp 8PM- Build stamina and increase strength without weights. All you need is you!
Tues-Yoga 6:45PM- Relax, relate, release, deep breathing and postures increase energy and balance.
Wed. Kickboxing- 8PM: Learn to defend yourself while you build your mind.
Thurs- But and Gut 7:30PM: Amazing fun but focused workout to areas you most want tighten up.
Water Walking: Tuesday & Thursday 9-9:45AM, Tuesday & Thursday 8-8:45PM
A fast growing form of exercise, especially great for those who have injuries, arthritis, extra weight, or just looking for a workout without stress. Did you know 30 minutes of water walking is equal to two hours of land walking?
Aquacise: Monday & Wednesday 9-9:45AM and Saturday 8:30AM-9:15AM
Emphasis is place on total fitness including warm up. Cardiovascular exercises, muscular strength for total body, and range of motion.
